I was in shallow water at the end of a long afternoon snorkeling off Koro Island in Fiji. The sun was low in the sky and due to the clarity of the water a starburst effect was coming through the water giving a rather heavenly feel. I just loved the Blue Sea Star when I saw it and began taking a few shots. The ocean is full of incredible beauty, but not enough of us, it seems, are getting underwater to experience it. The oceans are being trashed in the meantime as we sit around doing little the old, now untrue, adage keeps surfacing that "there are plenty more fish in the sea".
